- To manage corporate logistics department with the objectives of continuously improving inbound and outbound logistics effectiveness at best cost, whilst maximizing the company`s operational and customer service flexibilities. * Main duties: - Manage the logistics operation of both integrated cement plant and all other cement Terminals, grinding stations to ensure smoothly serving outbound logistics to cement customers as well as raw materials and fuels inbound logistics for production department. - Manage vendor relationships (e.g., third party contractors); be able to oversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services. - Direct hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of logistics staffs. - Understand customers needs, service those needs, maintain and develop positive business relationships with customer which directly relevant to supply chain activities. - Collaborate with staffs, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, solve problems, and to clarify management objectives.

- University degree or above with good English communication skills. - Should have in depth knowledge of end to end supply chain processes and best practices, management systems, health and safety regulations, customer and personal service, administration and management, and risk management. - At least 5 year experiences in managing a logistics department on both inbound and outbound. - Proven leadership and interpersonal skills is a must, at least three years in a leadership position. - Knowledge in cement production and process.
