Mô tả về công việc
* Công tác lễ tân:
- Đón tiếp, hướng dẫn khách hàng đến công ty.
- Trực tổng đài, chuyển cuộc gọi đến các phòng ban liên quan.
* Công tác văn thư:
- Thực hiện các công việc hành chính: soạn thảo văn bản, photocopy...
- Quản lý hồ sơ, công văn đến và đi.
- Nắm rõ lịch phòng họp để hỗ trợ tài liệu, nước uống, thiết bị cần thiết...
- Đặt vé máy bay, tàu xe có cán bộ nhân viên khi có yêu cầu.
- Thanh toán, tổng hợp các chi phí: Điện, nước...
- Chấm công nội bộ.
* Công tác thu ngân:
- Thực hiện nghiệp vụ thanh toán và thu tiền của học sinh đã đăng ký chương trình du học tại công ty.
- Lập sổ theo dõi, thu chi hàng ngày.
- Lập báo doanh thu hàng tháng.
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nữ, ngoại hình ưa nhìn.
- Phát âm chuẩn, không nói giọng địa phương.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
- Nhanh nhẹn, khéo léo.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương.
