- Company product: Vulcanized shoes, Children shoes, Men shoes, Ladies shoes, Ballerina.
- Follow up difference clients appointed by CEO: mainly handle from production until finish shipment and after shipment (if any claims, request from clients...).
- Receive orders from clients and inform to all related department to process.
- Negotiate shipment date until getting agreement.
- Follow up production, shipment date if any update and report to client on time.
- Make sure production is going on as calendar.
- Push other internal departments to ship on time. Anything leads to delay, need to involve and keep update to clients.
- Develop packing & labeling instruction.
- Send packing & labeling instruction to production and related departments to follow correctly as client’s request.

- Follow up of some specific Customers/ Divisions developments, study the customer request and prepare the sample request to the factories, key in the sample schedule and control sending date of samples.
- Handling of quotation request from customers with the suppliers, price negotiation.
- Follow-up of weekly productions in factories in Vietnam/Indonesia with Purchase Department in Europe.
- Control and send the purchase orders to factories.
- Negotiate to the factories for the best shipment date of the orders following request shipment date from customers/ division in Europe.
- Control the sending labeling, packing instruction, shipping instruction to the factories.
- Arrange the required samples such as salesman samples, confirmation sample, fitting sample, testing sample, shipment samples.
- Control the testing request link to the orders.
- In charge of ordering sample/ production materials to China overseas office if any support needed from factories. Controlling the production materials and accessories schedule according to the samples/ orders shipment date.
- Responsible to control the order shipment schedule with factories according to the customer requirement and get the orders ship on time.
- In contact with the technicians to be informed about problems of samples and in production that can lead to delays.
- Responsible to check the QC inspection report to give the green light of the order shipment of the factories (shipment approval) and to inform the shipment details to the Divisions.
- Responsible to inform the shipment details to the customers/ division in Europe.
- Follow up of claims & problem linked to the production delays and qualities.

* Developer job:
- Receiving sample request from brand and allocate to suitable factory for sampling. Negotiate to factory for best delivery date of sample.
- Working closely with designers for developing products. Keep the communication for clearance or suggestion relating to product development.
- Instruct to nominated factory how the design intend should be on sample. Work out with factory; follow up and checking sample if any wrong or unsuitable during sample process.
- Support factory in new design if needed.
- Discuss with factory for costing saving if needed.
- Checking and submit cost sheet to brand and confirm for factory the approval.
- Update/ report sample status to Manager.
* Merchandiser job:
- Managing subcontractors/suppliers during production phases to: Control the product quality as per technical request.
- Negotiate and control the cost.
- Be responsible for making and regularly updating a detailed order handling plan, and monitor the implementation to meet the shipment deadline.
- In close relation with the Technicians, QC to monitor them follow customer requirement about technique and quality.
- Provide the Technicians and QC with necessary information to work out the detailed technical instructions for the bulk production.
- Working closely with purchasers of headquarter in Spain to manage subcontractors/ suppliers.
