* 2019.07 - Present: Suntory Pepsico Beverage Vietnam - Nationwide health & safety manager - system & standard.

- Created and led an EHS agenda to achieve company goals as well as EHS strategies for 5 factories and 8 distribution centres (3PL) throughout Vietnam:

+ Missions: set-up, translated vision into strategies actions (SiA) via must-win battles (MWB), KPIs based on plant maturity level and a road map, safety culture level (COSMA Assessment).

+ Drove the EHS agenda, cascaded to all factories, and supported factories team in deployement.

+ Systems: integrated all current systems such is ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISRS, GEHSMS into “one single-system” to serve multiple purposed.

+ Standardized control measures to ensure same practices/ behaivors across all sites.

+ Compliance: carried out support visits/ audits at plants to ensure compliance vs. built standards, legal compliance; CAPA follow-up and tracking performance.

* 2015.05 - 2018.07: Heineken Vietnam Brewery Limited - Opco safety environment lead (supply chain & non-supply chain).

- Led ESH programs related to setting-up, deploying, monitoring, auditing, CAPA and supporting sustainability and labour standards for six factories, six offices, and partners (distribution centers and distributors) throughout Vietnam.

- Commercial department: Sales, Marketing Events and Activities, Distribution Centers, Warehouses, Offices, Restaurants and Hotels (HORECA) & Production facilities (factories).

- Developed and maintained OH&S programs such as road safety, telematics, vehicle inspection, fleet management, drink don't drive, motorbike taxi, a visual management programme, fire safety, the 12 Life Saving Rules, safety campaign, brewery audit system (BAS), TPM, PSM, BBS.

- Developed road safety officers to maintain an OHS training program, risk assessment, defensive driving, alert driving, and road safety program.

- Reported and investigate road accidents and follow-up control measures (CAPA).

- Developed marketing event/activation safety standards at outlets, supermarkets, convenience stores, and public events.
