Investment Manager

- Source acquisition opportunities for investment and development for both Company and subsidiaries; structure, price, negotiate, and document deal terms and conditions of investments that protect our interests in a competitive environment in a professional and effective manner. - Analyze prospective investments, assess the investment`s risk/return profile and deciding whether or not to pursue these opportunities. Oversee underwriting assumptions prepared by Investment Analysts and evaluate various financial models that meet investment and yield objectives. - Present investment opportunities and make recommendations to CIO & CEO for approval. Prepare both brief and comprehensive investment/divestment proposals, as appropriate. - Review and analyze existing real estate portfolio, recommend the most effective portfolio structureand enhance the real estate portfolio yield and benchmarks. - Review potential acquisitions by Investment team - Initial review of investment proposals; in- depth reviews; site visits and file preparations; initiate offers and agreement. - Review financing program on the existing investments and recommending effective source and structure if needed. - Set up policy and procedure for investment activities including monitoring investment performance and company performance. - Set business/financial target for subsidiaries and continuously monitoring their performance. Control subsidiaries cashflow and capital injection from Compan. - Lead and execute fund raising activities for Company. including participating in contract preparation and execution. - Manage Company stock trading performance in Stock market. - IR activities of Company.

- Education background: B.S in Finance, Accounting, Economic Masters` degree, CFA / CPA / ACCA is a plus. - Experiences: This is a management level position requiring an experienced professional with a broad, multi-disciplined real estate background including investment, appraisal and asset management. - Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of contract and real estate law, mortgage financing/investment and the general development and planning approval process. * Skills: - Strong strategic, analytical and negotiating abilities combined with excellent communication, relationship and team building skills; strong presentation skills. - Proven leadership skills.
