Mô tả về công việc

* Sales strategy: - Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals. Plans to achieve periodical sales (language services) targets/ KPI. - Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities to develop and recommend pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share. - Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. - Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. * Business Development: - Develop and maintain an on-going database of existing and potential new clients. - Screening potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials. - Directs product research and market development in Vietnam, Korean and Thailand expansion strategy. - Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product. - Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. - Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units. - Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- English proficiency equivalent to 4 skills, IELTS 6.0 - At least two years experiences for B2B sales, candidate had worked with Companies about Manufacturing, website, localization, insurance, finance, tourism or Translation. - Preferably 1-2 years experienced candidate working at translation agency. - Always innovate, creating innovative, creating a network with foreign partners. - Good social networking skills and computer. - Good negotiation skills and good communication.
