- Working time: Mon - Friday (7:45 - 17:30) and 1/2 Sat (7:45 - 12:00).

- Take care: 2 workshops (~ 1400 employees).

- Daily shuttle bus in Hai Duong and Hai Phong city.

- Support hostel for staff in Hai Duong.

* Job description:

- Manage the assigned sewing and finishing unit organization.

- Plan and allocate resources in the unit in a way to achieve line balancing.

- Manage all orders and ensure on time delivery of garments with expected quality.

- Track performance indicator of each Line and implement necessary action to achieve targets.

- Propose the best method for sewing and finishing and provide technical advice when required.

- Design and/ or drive implementation of policies and system procedures for continuous improvement.

- Manage unit budget and expenses.

- The details will be discussed during the interview.

- University degree in industrial management or textile & garment industrial.

- Over 5 years’ experience in garment manufacturing; of which 2 years at supervisor level.

- Knowledge of whole garment manufacturing operations.

- Quickly adapt to the new system: Linear system, UPS system.

- Ability to listen English.

- Computer skills: Basis skill for microsoft word, excel, email.

- Strong management skills.

- Communication ability and team work.
