- Major role is responsible for training programs for workers including orientation, care program as the program of health care, occupational safety. - Conducts training programs including making presentations, facilitating group discussions, leading and monitoring group activities, as well as other related tasks for employees seeking professional growth opportunities. - Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, facilitated events, and seminars through various assessment methods and writing reports to track assessment. - Researches and prepares written budget estimates, training charges, and/or justifications for the costs of specific training programs. - Manage training document follows training procedure. - Attends mandatory and other training as required. - Prepares comprehensive technical, feasibility and administrative reports and studies. - Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

- Have the ability pedagogical skill to be a lecturer of workers. - Ability to draft training programs on Power Point (The content will be available but training officer must search and create images to make lectures become vivid). - Speak fluent English. - Good computer skill.
