Mô tả về công việc
- Tìm hiểu về quy trình, thủ tục hồ sơ xin visa các nước (visa du học ngắn và dài hạn, thăm thân, du lịch), hoàn thiện hồ sơ xin thư mời các trường theo quy định.
- Hiểu rõ và phân biệt quy trình làm hồ sơ mỗi nước, mỗi chương trình du học.
- Thực hiện các công việc tiếp nhận và xử lý hồ sơ của học sinh, khách hàng.
- Hướng dẫn học sinh chuẩn bị đầy đủ hồ sơ theo đúng quy trình.
- Cập nhật các thông tin về thời gian, quy định, yêu cầu từ trường, đại sứ quán, cục xuất nhập cảnh để tiến hành nộp hồ sơ theo đúng thời hạn.
- Lưu trữ, trả hồ sơ sau khi học sinh có visa.
- Bảo mật thông tin.
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm xử lý hồ sơ du học.
- Tiếng Anh tốt, tối thiểu 6.5 ielts.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ khi được yêu cầu.
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chăm chỉ, nhanh nhẹn.
- Mong muốn làm việc ổn định, lâu dài.
