- Consult and welcome clients to undergo services at Westcoast.
- Solve any problem or conflict from clients proactively.
- Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.
- Received and handle complaints assigned as per location in order to make sure that all the complaints are handled properly, fairly according to the company’s rules and service standard.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle the crisis/ incident from customer’s complaints.
- Support programs, ad-hoc tasks, section/ department’s activities/ duties.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College's degree or above.
- At least 1 year working experience in relevant fields clinic, hospital is preferable.
- Good communication and be fluent in speaking and writing English skills.
- Be positive.
- Can-do attitude.
