- Establishing formal guidelines as well as policies & procedures of staff recruitment to ensure that selection standards are met and relevant to each department. - Locating prospective staff to ensure that recruiting requests are achieved while still maintaining the quality of recruits. - Screening CVs and implementing staff recruits including conducting personal interviews with prospective candidates, arranging interviews with relevant department heads, co-ordinating in selection process, offering the job to successful candidates, giving feedback to all applications within timelines basis. - Developing new ideas and sources for quality recruits. - Building internal and external candidate database by increasing the internal job posting and providing the company profiles to recruitment services. - Tracking results or gathering statistics in order to improve selection. - Establishing strategic goals and objectives for staff recruitment & selection that are consistent with the company`s goals and objectives. - Processing headcount reports and functional reports related to recruitment, turnover, workforce planning.

- University or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant fields. - Professional certification in recruitment is a preferable. - At least 5 years of experience in human resource management function, specially in recruiting field. - Ability to communicate and work effectively with others in all levels within the organization. - Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ability to execute performance objectives. - Practical and structured approach to dealing with people issues. - Extensive knowledge of employment, labour law and human rights. - Good project management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills. - Being proficient in Microsoft Office.
