- Monitor each style placed at in particular lines. - Maintain an excellent file of all the specifications for each style (technical descriptions, worksheets and patterns. - Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor and attending shipment requirements. - Closely work with customers, suppliers and factories. - Prepare a weekly report based on the reports from our technicians. - Answer telephone inquiries from customers, suppliers and factory. - Build and maintain effective rapport and work relationship with technicians, suppliers and customers.
