* Job Summary: - Provide direct administrative oversight and leadership of Dong A College`s Nursing Department. Position will supervise and mentor nursing faculty, promote academic excellence through program development, participate in faculty hiring, and participate in curriculum development, review, assessment planning and implementation. * Responsibilities: - Provide spiritual, academic, mission, and business leadership for assigned academic programs, faculty, learners, and internal & external relationships of the school. - Oversight of budget for all programs. - Oversight of faculty evaluation, process and review cycle. - Oversight of evaluation/feedback of program developers. - Chair the Nursing Leadership Team.

- Possess excellent thinking and conceptual skills that facilitate planning and achieve assigned goals. - Skills of teaching or leading faculty in a higher education or directly related setting. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Demonstrated ability to provide budget management that reflect strong organizational skills, problem solving and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and supervise others. - Ability to effectively manage confidential and sensitive information. - 3+ years of experience in or relating to proven leadership in a nursing academic area. - Experience with professional accreditation required. Experience as a teacher in a classroom or online course setting is preferred. - Executive, administrative or management level professional experience in a high standards performance-based work environment is preferred. - MSN degree required. - Additional Requirement. - Must be a Filipino. - Currently living and working in Viet Nam.
