- Maintain all garments making machineries (Sewing machines, Fabric cut machines, Boiler, Air compressor...etc.). - Control spare part warehouse and request to purchase spare parts. - Co-operate with the production side to check machines for new models and prepare, adjust machines. - Find contractors discuss and negotiate to do civil works and service (Built new room, warehouse, repainting factory, service contract...etc.). - Be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of machines to ensure that all the routine & preventive jobs are carried out in time on all the machines. - Prepare routine and preventive maintenance program on monthly basis & implement them on a day to day basis and monitor them. - Prepare costly and quality oriented spares replacement schedule and ensure that the work is carried out in time. - Keep a proper record of all the maintenance activities carried out on the machines. - Ensure that all machine setting and gauge, which contribute to quality and working of machines are done accurately and precisely. - Raise indent of mechanical spares time to time and keep track with store for their timely procurement. - Check and approve/ reject the material as per there status procured by the store. - Ensure proper discipline among the maintenance workforce and to recruit persons as and when required in the maintenance team. - Keep track on stores inventory and take necessary steps to minimize it. * Working place: At Long Thanh, Dong nai. - Bus pick up every day.

- Have experience as maintenance manager in a knit garments factory or manufacturing unit. - Be strong technical skill required. - Be well versed with the garment accessories manufacturing processes. - Be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, polite, with a charming personality, quick decision making ability & with proven track record. - Solve problems and present solutions. - Be energetic, confident and self driven. - Fluent English.
