- Find out information and needs of customers via phone or online channels.

- Consulting, negotiating, persuading customers about using the company’s services.

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and potential customers.

- Customer information management and constantly updated on the database system.

- Collaborate deeply with other team leader & consultant to closely monitor the recruitment progress of customers.

- Customer care during and after using the service.

- Participate in other activities of the room in case of assignment and maneuver of direct management.

- University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade or related subjects.

- Good-looking appearance, inspirational voice.

- Good at English.
