- Working location: Ha Noi/ Hai Duong.

- Working time: Mon - Friday (7:45 - 17:30) and 1/2 Sat (7:45 - 12:00).

- Daily shuttle bus in Hai Duong and Hai Phong city.

- Support hostel for staff in Hai Duong.

* Job description:

- Lead Industrial engineering department activities to maximize man, machine, material, method & management to deliver products & services to customer in the right time, quality & cost.

- Coach and develop IE team members.

- Build Industrial standards for highly effective people, process & performance.

- Establish attractive incentive schemes to motivate people (managers -> workers) being more productive “The higher the performance The greater the reward”.

- Create a new phase of “Lean & Green Manufacturing” practices & mindset.

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, industrial management or technical engineer.

- At least 5 years experience in IE; 2 years experience at the similar position.

- Experience in lean manufacturing.

- Planning and management skills.

- Good in English.
