- Welcome clients and candidates; promoting professional image of the organization.
- Proactively contribute to the management of the 40HRS’s time - including diary management, organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Deal with incoming email, faxes and post and generate and draft correspondence and letters as required.
- Be responsible for organizing and attending meetings and ensure the 40HRS office is prepared in advance.
- Draft candidates' profile & input data to company system.
- Support regional manager to manage and all documents of hr & admin.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduates/ post graduates.
- 6 months - 1 year experience in Admin field (welcome fresh graduated).
- Excellent computer skill: Word, excel, power point, outlook,...
- Charater: Organized, diligent, meticulous, attention to detail, adaptable.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Good English skill: Especially reading and writing.
