* Responsibilities:
- Look for potential candidates for clients’ vacancies using a variety of platforms: Internet/ personal network/ etc...
- Shortlist potential CVs, tele-interview candidates for the chosen ones.
- Interviewing and evaluating to select the most suitable candidates before transferring to clients.
- Actively enrich the candidate database by expanding, maintaining and updating candidates’ profiles.
- Develop new ideas and techniques for candidate searching and hunting process.
- Assist the consultants and handle other research work on recruitment as assign by direct supervisor in HCMC.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Qualifications:
- At least 06 - 12 months experience HR and Admin (Trainee).
- Experience in recruitment (internship or junior position) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, creative, result-oriented.
- Hard-working, can work under pressure to achieve personal target.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Fluent in english.
