- Assist chiropractors, therapists, nurses in communicating with Vietnamese patients and do other the paperwork translation.
- Maintain patient satisfaction by addressing patients’ feedback, clarifying their concerns and inquiries.
- Manage and keep track of patient files.
- Other tasks assigned by doctors and clinic manager.

- High fluency in spoken and written English.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to exercise courtesy and maintain gracious manner with all patients.
- Good solving problem and improvisation skills.
- Hard-working and attentive attitude.
- Multi-tasks execution ability.
