- Schedule and perform audits to assigned clients (both internal and external) in accordance with the SGS procedures and customer requirements. - Ensuring that client and affiliate complaints are investigated and addressed. - Maintain level of professional conduct as defined by QSA and other relevant industry bodies and improve job skills, qualifications and industry knowledge through work experience and training to facilitate customer satisfaction. - Generate timely and accurate audit reports and other communications as appropriate to the Section Manager/ Division Manager.

- College or University graduated. - At least 2 year experience on audit (certification body or factory). - Knowledge of ISO 9001. - Very good communication & presentation in English & Vietnamese, computer literacy. - Working under high pressure. - Willing to travel.
