- Reports to Technical Marketing Manager. - Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility. - Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07. - Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue. - Complaint solving & market survey. - Organize the efficient solving of the technical complaints. - Support the TC Engineers in complicated complaint solving, when required from TCE. - Analyze the complaints & report to the management. - Feedback to Quality Assurance on product performance & continuous product improvement. - Analyze evolutions in market requirements and report to management. - Promoting the positioning of bulk cement portfolio. - Organize TM input & support for different marketing activities, such as influencers, contractors, developers, etc... - Develop presentations, trainings & support documents. - Support TC Engineers to animate workshops for various clients. - Assist marketing to develop new marketing initiatives. - Training & coaching. - Conduct technical trainings to sales team. - Train & coach TC Engineers at the office, at the customers & at marketing activities. - Key Account Management. - Enhance the relationship with key customers. - Establish a strong networking with influencers to promote company`s solutions.

* Educational qualifications: - University (civil engineering, construction materials). - TOEIC >= 550. - Good hands-on knowledge of cement/ concrete. - Presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. - Business exposure preferred. * Relevant experience: - Leading a small team. - 5-10 years work experience with minimum of 3 years in cement/ concrete business. * Leadership competencies: - Analysis and Problem Solving. - Customer Focus. - Leads for Performance. - Supports Action, Change and Innovation. - Engages & Inspires. - Develops Employees.
