- I have 10 years working experience in oil & gas industry and went through many positions: Supervisor, Planning & Recruitment, Executive, Operating performance improvement & Senior executive, Business planning & Performance improvement.

- In Vietnam operations, i am managing all the activities including Opex, Capex, Development & Production for blocks 01 & 02, blocks 102&106 and Thang Long - Dong Do Blocks 01/97 & 02/97.

- During my 2.5 years in Malaysia, i am managing development and production cost including 1st oil and production target from 15 countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Iraq, Ireland, Chad, Canada, Australia, Algeria, Sudan, South Sudan, Egypt, Turkmenistan, Mauritania & Cameroon.

- My strength is able to set the KPI & scorecard, planning & forecasting as well as to do the business analysis and bench-marking for cost optimization, cost & project progress analysis and process simplification without compromise to safety.

- My career plan is to look for the Manager position and to leverage my skills to bring the value to the company/organization that I am going to work for.
