- Building up good relationships with new clients.
- Providing guidance to clients as well as determining the most appropriate type of loan for customers and explaining requirements and restrictions associated with the loan.
- Based on latest annual reports, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows and relevant information to verify and evaluate the feasibility of projects and mortgaged properties, sources of borrowers’ incomes as well as to evaluate information on application file to determine clients’ creditworthiness.
- Scheduling the loan repayment and preparing contracts of borrowing money.
- Recovering bad debts if any available.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of loans.
- Frequently updating and catching up with the financial and business status of borrowers.
- Recommending and consulting borrowers regarding resolving business problems (if any).

* Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit customers.
- Evaluating data and financial statements in order to determine the levels of risk involved.
- Evaluating the financial status of clients as well as projects by producing financial ratios.
- Giving warnings or recommendations on loans.
- Preparing Credit Risk Re-appraisal reports and submit the reports to Board of Management for consideration and approval.

- Restructuring and managing the company.
- Dealing with local and overseas suppliers.
- Training staff for customer services, products and sales skills.
- Improving services and pushing up sales by building up good customer base including traveling companies, resorts, bike shops, etc. all over in Vietnam.
- Planning promotional programs for sales.

* Acting Head of Credit Administration Department (CAD)

* Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Checking and supervising the preparation credit documentation, filing and controlling credit files to ensure they are in compliance with internal and legal regulations.
- Be responsible for department’s operations.
- Checking and authorizing transactions on computer software system, daily loan collections, loan disbursements, loan classifications, etc.
- Checking and handling the mortgage procedures (the notarization, security transaction registration), following up the making loan disbursements, collecting loan principals and interests as well as other loan fees.
- Checking the making and consolidating credit reports.
- Training and supporting CAD staff.
- Performing other tasks and duties assigned by Branch Director.
