- Manage and track all process of import & export to ensure the fastest progress, meet the delivery time and minimum costs.
- Direct interaction with suppliers to manage the process, get booking and arrange the vehicle to import-export shipment.
- Lead team to handle & solve if any issues.
- Manage the lists of goods name, materials name, consumption and customs clearance preview.
- Monitor the material balance monthly, end year settlement report.
- Select forwarding, transportation, insurance and customs clearance tasks that meet company’s goals in timing and pricing.

- Prepare budget to make duplicate/ repair mold & control tooling life, use life of molds.
- Monthly report to SM, director and report on time if any issue need to escalate.
