- Soft skills: In the process of learning, i was practiced to talking in front of the crowd, how to work in a teamwork and how to handle situations when customers are not satisfied service.

- About the weakness: I could to communicate English the good way in the past. But now, At the highest near company, my job dont's use more English, so i will improve my weakness at the English center, i think that English is the important with my job, my life and my future.
