- HRBP - Hr business partner.
* Recruitment:
- Work with the heads of departments to develop recruitment targets and criteria with actual demand.
- Organize recruitment and consult suitable candidates for the head of department.
- Help the head of the department to build the salary cost plan.
- Help the head of the department to build the strategic staffing.
* C&B, total reward:
- Calculating monthly salary, allowance for all employees.
- Participating in the process of developing, implementing and calculating KPIs monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Participating in the process of developing productivity bonus policy for project teams.
* Internal engagement activities and performance management:
- Plan the events of the year and budget.
- Organize engagement events such as team building, YEP, Fun Friday, women day, football, guitar clubs...
- Build up the good relationship with staff and facilitate communication between management team and staff.
- Track probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through company’s letters.
- Manage the labor contract review and renewal process.
- Communicate the process of annual/ midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats.
* Learning & development:
- Implement integration training programs for new employees, process training, working regulations, re-training programs as planned or at the request of the Unit/Board of management.
- Conduct training needs survey to develop training plan.
- Organization of training (internal/external training teachers).
* Other activity:
- Develop policies on working equipment for employees.
- Manage machinery and equipment working in the company.
- Project assistant for delivery team (including: Deployment team, Customer service...).
- Suggest some topics for the marketing team to organize a webinar to attract potential customers.
- Suggest more ideas to PR company products for marketing.
- Advising the board of directors on HR - related issues and handling HR - related situations.
- Rearrange the appropriate organizational structure and promote employees.
- Forecast the departure of some positions and have a plan to retain or quit.
