Recruitment cum Admin Staff

* Recruitment - 70 % (Making the connection to the Universities) - Making plan to contact to the Universities, Colleges to focus on company human resource needed. - Making plan and budget to support or having sponsors to the talent from the Universities. - Identify and focus on the good students who are studying animal husbandry, biotechnology to source qualified candidate for staffing needed of the company. - Implement and follow up sponsor programs during the process of one. - Coordinate with line managers to get department demand for making candidate database. - Arrange to interview students to see what they needed, based on this to guide them that selecting the right job. - Making a good relationship and list out of with professors, lectures or the related faculties of company need. - Catching up and studying sponsor programs from others company to develop company program with completive one. - Designing recruitment banners to comply with the company demand and labor market. - Coordinate with sales department and marketing to catch up human resource market information to support departments recruit candidates. * Admin Responsibilities - 20 % - Coordinate with Quality department to revise and develop all of HR and Admin procedure. * Others Responsibilities and Social Activities - 10 % - Support HR manager to organize job exhibitions at plants locate in. - Attend to OMC activities like doing charity and difficult sharing to employees. - Others task assigned by HR manager and BOD.

- University or college graduation. - Good English skill, Korean is a plus. - Good at communication skill. - Skillful. - Presentation skill.
