- Lead the mechanic team to innovate automated or automatic machines that will suit the needs of the company’s rapid development, such as sewing machines, loading machines and so forth.

- Oversees a full spectrum of mechanic activities including but not limited to innovation, testing, components production, assembly and maintenance.

- Make plans and schedules of components production and assembly.

- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and garment-related machines and make suggestions and analyses to the management whether to adopt new equipment.

- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- Minimum 5 years of solid mechanic innovation and production experience, ideally from garment manufacturing industry (candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant mechanic manager).

- Comprehensive knowledge in machinery used in woven and knit garment production.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English (knowing Korean as well will be a strong advantage).

- Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills.

- Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills.

- Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and team player.

- Willing to station in the factory in Thanh Hoa province.
