Mô tả về công việc

- Managing all incoming calls to front desk.

- Greet and welcome all visitors to PBC.

- Ensure copiers, printers, postage and office equipment are well-stocked and in good working order.

- Report building maintenance issues.

- Assists office personnel, as necessary, with various administrative tasks.

- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and packages and applies postage to outgoing mail.

- Sends communications to other staffs, as necessary, regarding office routines.

- Point of contact for general office queries.

- Assist in job posting, screening application and schedule for interviewing by managers.

- Prepare job offer and new staff’s commencement arranging.

- Providing new employee on-boarding admin services for access issuance, NTID/Email set up and seating arrangement etc.

- Providing other HR admin tasks, as necessary, such as payroll, social health insurance, PIT process.

- To record and manage petty cash.

- To coordinate with vendors/ suppliers to prepare payment request and follow with accountant for on time payment.

- To coordinate with legal counsel to fulfil legal matters relating service contracts and company legal documentations and reports.

- To file, arrange and update checklist for contracts/ legal documents/ resolution/ decision/ policy.

- Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree - major in the same field is preferable.

- True interest and willingness to do admin works.

- Good communication skills both written and verbal (English & Vietnamese).

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of labor code, social insurance law, PIT law and other relevant stipulations.

- Professional appearance.

- Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.

- Logical thinking & be able to work under pressure.

- Positive character, strong communications and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and multitasking abilities.

- Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking.
