- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg: general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.

- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.

- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.

- Perform project cost tracking, monitoring and controls.

- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.

- Checking and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.

- Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis.

- Reconciliation of bank statements.

- Responsible for registration & report to State Bank for Loan agreement.

- Ensures that the company abides with the set of laws implemented by the state related to taxes and handing financial transactions.

- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports to submit to committees.

- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing.

- Responsible for timely quarterly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in Malaysia.

- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
