Mô tả về công việc
- Report to: Head of debt management & CFO (Korean).
- Managing and control legal activities & operation of company smoothly.
- Studying, composing and finishing company legal profiles.
- Coordinate with HCMC Head quarter to implement company legal profile.
- Advising line manager and BOD updating legal document- if any.
- Providing suitable consultancy to all department and BOD.
- Managing and to be in charge of company lawsuit- if any.
- Establish and maintain database of legal within the company.
- Supporting Credit control team to follow up the bad dept - if any.
- Experience in economy lawsuit.
- Making good relationship with local authorities.
- Consultant and preparing legal documents, participate in solving/ handling litigation arising on conflict of interest between the Company and 3rd parties.
- Working with consultants, state administrative agencies.
- Supports all departments in the company on legal aspects.
- Reporting, suggesting suitable solution to BOD directly.
- Willing to travel is a must job.
- Other relative task as assignment by BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male is prefer.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- BA diploma in economy law, lawyer certificate is preferable.
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing sector, candidates experience in Agriculture is preferable.
- English is good.
