- Manage Company different departments including: HR, Business Admin, Marketing, finance. - Establish system and procedures in the company level for all departments to optimize the functions of each department and provide support to Restaurant Operation. - Ensure all business activities and practices strictly follow Vietnamese Laws & regulations, Corporate Governance and Group Policies. - In charge of the business expansion plan in the Vietnam market to identify the business potential area, secure strategic location. - Build up the networking and strong relationship with local authorities, landlord, suppliers and other business correspondence. - Prepare reports and business analysis for the company, BOD and Group.

- Vietnamese citizen only, strong in English. - At least 2-5years working experience in similar position as Senior Manager or Deputy General Director, needs to be an all-rounder, possess knowledge and exposure in Management of Sales is a must, knowledge in finance is also important. - Have prior experience in similar position in manufacturing environment. - Character: integrity, with strong drive and high calibre, pleasant personnality, good inter-personal and communication skill.
