Mô tả về công việc
- Managing all activities & operation of Training section of HR dept.
- Identifies training needs, conduct task analysis, determine curriculum design requirements, and conduct risk assessments to identify overall training needs.
- Making training plan to develop and upgrade employee`s ability such as soft skill, functional skill.
- Controlling act of localization program, On the Job Training program...
- Maintains records of training activities and employee progress.
- Partner with leaders across business lines for successful implementation and alignment of talent management initiatives.
- Other relative tasks as assignment.
- Report to HR manager directly.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Education/ Business Administration/ Law or similar majors.
- At least 5 years experienced in Training/ HR/ Admin.
- English or Korean fluently.
