- Monitor and follow up all Subcontract order starting from order confirmation date. - Make sure as per Tech pack and Checklist all approval standard in QC Folder: Approval Lab dip; Color standard; Approval Thread Swatch; All kind of test Report, Final Pattern and Size spec; Original Approve samples; Approved Printing Standard; Approved Embroidery standard. - Approval washing standard if require until garments are ready for production. - Make sure that successful delivery of garments to customers. - Monitor PP Sample timeline with Factory and responsible for until sample approval. - Process and other preparation. - Ensure that samples length and accessories arrangement from Main Merchandising team. - Screening for samples readiness before sending to customer for presentation. - Upon PPS approval, prepare & arrange PP meeting prior to starting bulk production to ensure that all comments & requests are implemented accordingly. - Ensure all fabric and materials are properly sent to the Subcontract factory, monitoring material delivery based on production schedule. - Monitor bulk production with daily production status report. - Work closely with QA team for Final inspection schedule. - Performs other duties as assigned and requested. - Proactively identify issues, provide creative solution options and work collaboratively to resolve issues. - Assist with tracking problem.

- Post school. - Qualification in Garment or related discipline is an advantage. - At least 2 years in the same position.
