- Plan and implement sales plan. - Suggest solutions to maintain and boost sales. - Manage and supervise, administer the work of employees in Sales department. - Coordinate with HR Department to recruit and train employees in Sales department. - Search and develop relationship with clients and potential partners. - Negotiate and sign contracts. Ensure Sales target. - Responsible for reporting to General Manager about the operation/sales activities and efficiency of Sales department.
