Mô tả về công việc

* Ensuring products, display area & storage - Monitoring, checking & ensuring bakery product quality, follows up E-Mart`s standard of food safety & hygiene and specified quality. - Coordinating with Store HQ team to implement & supervise the sample recording of bakery that is processed at E-Mart following-up the regulation. - Checking & ensuring hygiene & quality of storage & display area. - Ensuring quantity of products at display area and materials in the storage. - Implementing to timely withdraw & destroy out of expired date products and bad quality products. - Implementing, monitoring & being responsible for promotion within each day following-up E-Mart`s procedure. - Planning, Implementing & monitoring animating/sampling activities at department`s stand in order to impulse turnover. - Checking extraordinary data related to product & materials (opposite margin, change of price balance, unsold stocks & stocks). - Implementing product/material order. - Following up principle & procedure related to selling, storage in-output & product display. - Innovating products of bakery. - Training, coaching & checking processing formula compliance. - Researching & proposing new products of bakery. - Managing & implementing stock inventory; analyzing difference of reality & system. * Reporting & Planning - Making monthly business plan and forecasting business results. - Analyzing revenue & making weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports. - Planning & implementing to sell promoted products. - Analyzing revenue & report business result of promoted products. - Making report of working progress, business result, stocks & extraordinary products, food safety & hygiene quality and facilities, maintenance at weekly, monthly, quarterly meeting. * Human resource management - Ensuring manpower of department about working time, manners & behavior of customer serving. - Training & coaching new employee of department about required professions. - Training & coaching employee about procedure, new product. - Collect employee`s opinion and delivering reasonable solution, reporting to line superior. * Other - Researching & checking markets & competitors. - Proposing innovated ideas related to department and performance, revenue improvement of department in particular and store in general. - Implementing other related task as assigned by line superior. * Internal: Other team of Fresh Food Department & related departments at HO and Store. * External: - Local organization related to food safety - hygiene & quality. - Staff of Supplier & relative Supplier`s agent (events, tenant).

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Colleague/University Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Food science or relevant subjects. - Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience. - Have knowledge of Bakery/Fast Food Category. - Experience in merchandising within the retail/wholesale or associated sector on relevant category with prior experience in supervising a buying team up to middle managers. * Knowledge: - Acknowledge about products associated with production. - Ability of analyzing trend and market research, knowledge of the relevant financial cost. * Foreign language: - English oral skill. Korean is an advantage. * Skills: - Good Bakery skill. - Analyzing & problem solving; Leadership, training, coaching & negotiation.- * Informatics: - Good at Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Personality: - Enthusiasm, honest, flexible, serious & smart.
