- Find and contact suited candidates for client`s vacancies.
- Interview candidate and send suited candidates to the client.
- Manage the recruitment process; keep contact with candidates and clients.
- Reach monthly individual sales targets.
- Aware new clients and keep old clients.
- Participate in networking, seminar.
- Promote WE CONNECT in general.
- Other tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Ability to deal with and acquire clients.
- Good communication skills, able to communicate on all levels.
- Dynamic and smart work.
- Can work independently and in team.
- Sales, customer service attitude.
- Reasonable English skills.
- Just graduated or 1, 2 experienced years in sales, recruiting, headhunting or relevant job.
