* Report to HR Director - Acts as a single point of the contact for managers in assigned partners. - Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally. - Builds a strong business relationship with HR internal & assigned partners. - Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at Assigned partners. - Populate all policy, procedure of Company to Assigned Partners. - Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks. - Control Mass Hiring Process to meet recruitment plan of business need. - Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management. - Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes. - Acts as the member of the HR Management Team. - Undertake other tasks assigned by HR Director.

* Background - Bachelor Graduate major: Business Administration or HR Administration. - At least 05 years experience working in HR managerial position, preferably working for banking institution. - Hands-on experience of dealing with disciplinarians, grievances and performance management. * Skills - Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills. - Strong influencing and negotiation skills. - Strong business Acumen. - Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task. - Strong analytical and problem solving skill. - Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to problem situations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. - Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
