- Support Operation Supervisor on managing 24hrs operation activities, especially getting involved in utility system operation to ensure all systems are operating within standard and no interruption. - Work closely with department team leaders/ supervisors/ managers on deploying monthly operation plan. - Implement all activities of operation, carry out team KPIs to support the company goals. - Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, troubleshooting history records to minimize unplanned downtime, find out the best solution to identify opportunities for improvement. - Ensure all compliance, safety, operation procedures are constantly reviewed, updated. - Coordinate with EHS team to ensure all staff fully attend tool box, report safety, healthy, environment issue. Strictly compliance with company and customer regulations. All EHS policies are proactively implemented. - Improve training program for technical staff. - Daily update; weekly, monthly report on plant facility status and operation performance. - Report directly to Operation Supervisor.

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related major. - Have at least 05 years of experience in operation and maintenance facilities systems. - Good at computing & English skills. - Able to organize and plan the work, analyze process and make recommendation for improvement.
