- Responsible for carrying out general duties pertaining to guest`s relations operations in conformity with the hotel`s policies and procedures to achieve the highest possible level of guests satisfaction at all times.
- Attend to all pertinent matters concerning guests matters.
- Ensure all guests expectations are exceeded at all times and a strong relationship is built with our regular and long term guests.
- Work in cooperation and coordination with other Section Heads of Front Office Department.
- Meet and welcome guests in the Lobby area.
- Inspect rooms assigned to VIPs before their arrival.
- Assist Front Desk personnel`s whenever necessary.
- Attend to all guests inquiries and complaints.
- Log all complaints, etc in the Guest Relations Officers logbook.
- Updating of Guest History.
- Assign rooms for daily arrivals and to ensure rooms with special requirements have been engaged accordingly.
- Allocate, greet and check in groups.
- Have thorough understanding and knowledge on in-house promotions and up-sell to guests.
- Promote hotel loyalty programs and their benefits to guests.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: A diploma or degree qualification. Good in oral and written English.
- Experience: Previous hotel-related experience desired.
- Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
