- Observe all the competitors’ activities to plan suitable strategies.

- Manage OOH service of the brands as outdoor billboards, signboards, image on trucks, vans …

- Handle events and activations to support brand team in product launch, advertising, sales collateral and tradeshow marketing.

- Manage media services: booking of newspaper, TV, radio, producing TV, radio.

- Held the activities (sampling, promotion, lucky draw) for brand activation to welcome world cup 2014 all over the country (at 40 supermarkets and over 100 coffee shops). It made the sales volume to the top (max 670%, minimum 130%).

- Re-built the image for Trung Nguyen franchising coffee shops (making take away paper cup, setting TV LCD, designing new pictures inside the shop, decorating glass window.

- Planned the communication to support brand team in launching new package for roasted and ground coffee.

- Held New Product Launch for “G7 x 2” such as Press conference, sampling.

- Held the 4th Coffee Festival in Buon Ma Thuot (the national event with a lot of international visitors).

- Held the big event “Creative Festival for Vietnamese Youth” in the Reunification Palace (once a year).

- Changed new image for outdoor billboards over the country (80 billboards).

- Built and controlling 7.000 signboards at The G7 Family Groceries.

- Built and controlling 2.000 signboards at Trung Nguyen Coffee Shops.

- Built and controlling new image for 50 trucks and 15 Vans over the country.

- Produced TVC “Creative to succeed” and showed on VTV1 and VTV3 every day (365 days broadcasting).
