- To hands-on role, responsible for providing environmental, health and safety (EHS) expertise in regulatory compliance and technical guidance for GE Energy's Haiphong Manufacturing location. Under the direction of the site's EHS manage.

- Ensure compliance to all applicable GE EHS requirements and local regulations.

- Provide EHS technical support for the site in manufacturing operations.

- Instill and foster a proactive, EHS-conscious culture and drive operational ownership of GE's Environment, Health & Safety programs through all levels of the organization.

- Develop and implement EHS programs to comply with GE EHS Framework and regulatory requirements.

- Possess and develop technical experience and knowledge in engineering and general machine safety.

- Manage environmental related matters associated with business operations including air, water, waste and chemical/material management issues.

- Act as liaison with government and regulatory agencies as well as with GE CEP and EHS personnel.

- Conduct EHS trainings and presentations on various topics within scope of responsibility.

- Perform EHS audits/inspections, develop and track to closure appropriate corrective actions in a reasonable timeframe.

- Lead and/or participate in incident investigations and ensure appropriate root causes are identified and corrective/ preventive actions are developed/ implemented.

- Evaluate EHS hazards and risks, propose feasible defenses and develop appropriate risk reduction strategies.

- Participate in NPI projects to provide EHS input for manufacturing processes on hazards and risks for the new process.

- Work closely with EHS Manager, one EHS and Global Supply Chain personnel throughout organization to develop and implement functional EHS programs and strategies.

- Maintain safety and health records and documents required by GE EHS and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Manage firefighting team and make training plan for building employee related fire prevention issue.

- Project: Hung Ha bridge project.

- Work scope: To build a new HSE of Bridge Project plan follow to Viet Nam laws.

- On behalf of HDC, PMU1 (PMU Thăng Long) and consult: Set up and Cover, control and treatment all issue about HSSE (Plan, Policy, Document, Action...).

- Under a policy that “Prevent an accident which can be expected to occur”.

- From start to finished Hung Ha Bridge Project (July.2016 - Feb.2019) - No accident.

- Project: DUCPHUONG MULTIFUNTION BUILDING - 99 TRAN BINH - HA NOI.

- Work scope: General management.

- Make sure the work is always safe and clean during construction.

- Coordinate the related parties to resolve the consequences that related to Health, Safety and Environment.

- Build the management systems for safety work-Environment: Establish the regulations, rules to manage HSE for people and machine, equipment according to State standard.

- Establish Labour protection plan.

- Establish HSE Training plan for site.

* 2014: QHSE Senior Engineer (Team leader); HSE Department.

- Industrial & Environmental Business Division Samsung Engineering - SEMV Project Thai Nguyen SEVT Hi Tech Complex, Yen Binh 1 Industrial Zone.

- Work scope: Ensures that all work is being executed in safe manner in compliance with safety rules and regulation stipulated in the HES plan.

- Ensures all equipments to be used for specific activities at site are safe and in good working condition, and regular preventive maintenance of all machineries & equipment are done.

- Respective operators fill up daily inspection checklist of machine and equipment.

- Assists in establishing policy and developing, implementing, and influencing strategies, tactics, behavior and programs to ensure overall.

- Train in organization of HES for employees and contractors.

- Monitors existing federal HES regulations applicable to the company's present.

- Develops and implements preventive or corrective HES actions as required.
