- Carry out market research, competitors reseach, behavior and attitude target consumers. Moreover, to find and define insight in order to develop new products, marketing communication campaigns.
- Analyze business date and create annual brand marketing plan base on KPI business objectives.
- Plan and manage A&P budget.
- Implement and follow the all brand’s communication activities (ATL) according to the Marketing plan to be approved by BOD.
- Create and carry out the promotion plan for consumers (monthly, period, or special holidays).
- Perform brand audit to finding the problems “Job to be done” to be need resolve in order to develop strong brand in coming.
