- Duration: Jan 2009 - 2010.

- Designation: ICDs Coordinator & Sales Rep.

- Duties and responsibilities: ICDs Coordinator: Set up relationship with ICD System (Tanamexco, Transimex, Phuc Long, Phuoc Long...) to coordinate, cooperate and drive their cargoes to SPCT.

- Observe their activities daily and make reports to ICD Team Leader about their up and down volume, list of carriers, customer information and customer feedbacks.

- Follow up their cargo stream from the Northern Area and drive them to SPCT successfully.

- Attending, supporting and solving any potential problems during the operating and coordinating process.

- Sales Representative (North/West/South/Mekong Delta/Rice Focal Point): Set up the relationship with clients in assigned areas and specific commodity and gain their supports.

- Promoting SPCT to all clients and get their feedbacks.

- Analysis and making suggestion to win-win situation based on cost wise.

- Set up target list for specific accounts.

- Follow up with list of top down customers in assigned areas.

- Collecting market intelligence in good quality.

- Duties and responsibilities: Seek opportunities to extend existing business and selling to win the monthly target.

- Duties and responsibilities: Making the business development function, searching and making plans to achieve new source of customers.

- Keep close relationship with current carriers calling SPCT such as: MSC/ CMA/ UASC with their both Commercial team as well as Operation team.

- Keep close contact and relationships with current customers in Hiep Phuoc IP as well as SPCT key customers.

- Majored in rice focal point: follow up the rice stuffing at SPCT and keep close relationship with rice customers at SPCT.

- Do the marketing activities to widen the source of customers such as: send company presentations, make calls to customers and visit them to introduce about the company and significant services and company abilities.

- Take many biz trips to visit customers as well as widen the connection systems for barge team.

- Executing the trucking and barging team: set up the schedule, rate offer and ops.

- Do the customer care services such as: revert the answer to customers if they have any question regarding to company services or any complaints.

- Achieve the monthly target and do report weekly and monthly.

- Develop Cambodia Market for both container and bulk by barge as well as by truck.

- Managing M&R (Container Monitoring & Repairing) for MSC/CMA/UASC/PIL  for both Dry and Reefer containers at SPCT.

- Duties and responsibilities: Locating all the Industrial Parks and other non-IP customers in assigned areas.

- On weekly basis set up two-weeks Sales Call Plan to meet & discuss with customers.

- Closely follow up existing customers with weekly volume report.

- Reflecting all the requirements/ demand/ suggestion from clients in report form.

- Market Intelligence.

- Support customers on SPCT internal issues (OPS, cashier, security,...).

- Build up relationship with carriers, customs, police, register,... to support customers.

- Join sales with shipping lines.

- Deliver SPCT's information, notice,... to customers.

- Report on assigned commodities: paper, tapioca, fertilizer.

- Connect with Logistics vendors for supporting customers with their logistics demands (customs, trucking, barging...).

- Handle and make report, weekly forecast for Ro/Ro and project cargo import at SPCT via Ro/Ro vessels.

- Visiting and make good relationships with main Ro/Ro and cruise carriers calling SPCT as: NYK, Kline, Mol, Vosa, Saigon Tourist, Hai Nam...

- Visiting and make good relationships with main Ro/Ro customers such as: Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Isuzu, Suzuki, Honda, Mitsubishi...

- Assist potential customers with huge vol to set up their factories, warehouses at Hiep Phuoc/ Long Hau areas, car-park next door SPCT.

- Language: Able to write and speak fluently English.

- Computer skills: Window XP, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Express Outlook and basic knowledges of computer, etc.
