+ Do research and implementation added value activities for 7 in-charged invested companies regarding Finance & Accounting (Financial & Management Reporting, Financial Planning, Internal Audit Function, Tax compliance, Capital Structure...). With this assignment, I also provided some my own opinion to solve out any financial & accounting risk during investee company’s business operation. It helped to protect the fund and investee company interest.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers signed a Business Valuation Services contract with East West VietNam to determine fair value for company’s Merge and Acquisition. Huy is currently a team member on this engagement.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers signed a Business Valuation Services contract with Lotte VietNam to determine fair value for company’s Merge and Acquisition. Huy is a team member on this engagement.

* Jul. 2006 - April. 2007: Team Member Of PV Drilling Project.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers signed a Consulting and Professional Services contract with PV Drilling to build up growth strategy and restructure their business. The project focus mainly in 5 areas: strategy, organizational structure, human resources, policies and procedures, finance. Huy is currently a team member on this engagement.

* Mar. 2006 - April. 2006: Team Leader Of Kao Japan Corporation Project.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers signed a Consulting and Professional Services contract with Kao Japan to assess the internal controls pertaining to their inbound, outbound logistics, warehousing and outsourced delivery operations for their subsidiary in Vietnam and provide recommendations for improvement. Huy is currently a team member on this engagement.

* Dec. 2005 - July. 2006: Team Member Of Soc Trang Herd And Crop Quality Improvement Project.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers signed a Consulting and Professional Services Contract with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) to provide custodial, accounting, financial management, technical assistance and training activities. Huy is a project member on this project.

* April. 2005 - July. 2006: Team Leader Of Tra Vinh Improved Livelihoods Project.

- This project is another Consulting and Professional Services Contract with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) to provide custodial, accounting, financial management, technical assistance and training activities to the Tra Vinh Improved Livelihoods Project which aims to improve the lives of poor and disadvantaged groups. The project is over 5 years.

* Huy’s roles and responsibilities:

- Review and improve weakness in current accounting system.

- Review monthly reporting as well as financial reports.

- Develop training materials about internal control procedure.

- Conduct training courses on internal control policies/ procedures for relevant project members.

* Nov - April. 2005: Audit's Assignment.

- Huy was involved a number of audit’s assignments for various clients including Bayer VietNam, Lam Son JOC, Nagajuna, Shell VietNam, Uni-President, Avon VietNam, Interflour VietNam.

* Oct. 2003 - Nov. 2004: Team Leader Of Quang Dzung's Business Project Improvement Project.

- Huy was a part of the team responsible for the business process improvement project with Quang Dzung. Quang Dzung is one of the leading privately owned trading companies in agricultural products in the Vietnamese market. This project covered ‘as-is’ process analysis, ‘to-be’ process design and the development of a roadmap to improve business processes covering logistics, inventory management, IT and financial management.
