- Building the annual trade marketing plan according to short-term and long-term business goals/ strategy (from 1 to 3 years) for KA, MT, GT channel.

- Making the monthly and quaterly program according to the annual trategic direction.

- Planing the trade maketing programs to improve the brand images, the best POS displays (POSM), distribution, sales target according to short-term and long-term goals of the organization.

- Implementing, guiding, controlling the effective program and also make adjustment in the operation of the program if having problem.

- Working with the marketing & design department to build awareness, increase shares, special event programs (sampling, product test, promotion activites, summer campaign...) to connect with shopper/ consumers.

- Interacting and coordinating with the business department including (BUM, RSM) to plan program and achieve the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly target.

- Managing/ controlling the budget of the channels, categories, regions to balance and developing the product category, launching new product according to the organizational goals.

- Analyzing the market, competitors to suggest the quick & appropriate trade promotion program support for sale in/ out in KA, GT, MT Channel (Total Coop, Big C, Lotte, Convinient store, Horeca, Industrial area, Highshool, giftshop in airpor, retailer & wholesaler...).
